How Will Lockdown Impact your Farm Insurance Policy?

In short – it won’t. Having invested heavily in a range of computer systems and servers, we have the infrastructure to provide you with the excellent service you deserve, even whilst everything else around us is in an unpredictable state of flux.

Here at F&G we are resilient to tough times and major challenges and haven’t missed a beat during the pandemic. We will continue to adapt to the ever-changing global landscape and offer flexibility and support to all of our valued clients.

We have implemented safe social distancing measures to appropriately accommodate both our farmers and farm insurance specialists. Our team of experts are at hand, only a phone call or email away, ready to help you with any claims, concerns, or queries you may have.

How are Farm & General Responding to Government Regulations?

The Farm & General office has undergone a complete health and safety overhaul to ensure that we are adhering to all of the latest government COVID-19 regulations.

The safety of both our farmers and employees is of the utmost importance. We have worked diligently to create a safe space that you can trust and feel comfortable in, ready to welcome any visitors. In our office desks are 2 meters apart, and we have sanitation stations and antibacterial hand sanitiser.

We also continue to visit farms, in line with Government guidelines and distancing rules. Our experience with disease epidemics on farms is extensive, following horrific episodes, like Foot & Mouth, and we understand the precautions and biosecurity required.
