Support for Farmers
Extreme weather, illness, accidents, animal disease, family breakdown and bereavement are some of the reasons why people go to RABI. We know how easily problems can spiral out of control.
RABI caseworkers are available and willing to talk through problems and concerns in complete confidence, without judgement.
They tailor support to suit your circumstances, but here are some of the things they can do:
- Talk through your problems and help find solutions
- Provide short-term grants to cover costs in times of need, such funding relief farm staff if you’ve suffered an injury or illness
- Work closely with other organisations to find the right support for you
- Offer quarterly grants for the elderly and those who are no longer able to work
